Parking

A limited number of parking passes are available for pre-purchase until sold out.

Parking will be available at the KCC Oval, adjacent to the trail village at Scenic World. 

Parking will be available to purchase at 11am AEST on April 19th. You can purchase parking via your registration on ACTIVE.com. Please log into your registration and select 'Additional Purchases’.

Thursday 11 May 2023:

  • Location: KCC Oval
  • Capacity: 360
  • Price: $20.00
  • Parking Open from 07:00AM – 08:00PM
  • Specific Ingress/Egress Information:
    • Entry via Cliff Drive
    • Ingress for parking will be available from 07:00AM – 10:30AM prior to the road closures.
    • Access to parking will be CLOSED from 10:30AM – 1:00PM in order to facilitate a safe start line and race experience for UTA11 runners.
    • Ingress/Egress for parking will resume from 1:00PM at the completion of the UTA11 race starts
    • Please ensure you arrive for your parking during the times above and plan your departure accordingly
    • Re-entry to the carpark will be allowed only for the day your parking purchase is valid
    • NO overnight parking on KCC Oval Thursday night

Friday 12 May 2023:

  • Parking Open from 04:00AM – 7:00PM
  • Specific Ingress/Egress Information:
    • Entry via Cliff Drive
    • Ingress for parking will be available from 4:00AM – 6:00AM prior to the road closures going into place
    • Access to parking will be CLOSED from 6:00AM – 9:15AM in order to facilitate a safe start line and race experience for UTA22 runners.
    • Ingress/Egress for parking will resume from 9:15AM at the completion of the UTA22 race starts
    • Please ensure you arrive for your parking during the times above and plan your departure accordingly
    • Re-entry to the carpark will be allowed only for the day your parking purchase is valid
    • NO overnight parking on KCC Oval Friday night

Saturday 13 May 2023:

  • Location: KCC Oval
  • Capacity: 360x
  • Price: $20.00
  • Parking Open from 04:00AM – 11:00PM
  • Specific Ingress/Egress Information:
    • Entry via Cliff Drive. Vehicles are enter into KCC Oval from Acacia Street, right on Oak, left on Cedar/Violet, and left onto Cliff Drive – please follow directional signage on event staff direction
    • Ingress for parking will be available from 4:00AM – 6:00AM
    • Access to parking will be CLOSED from 6:00AM – 9:15AM in order to facilitate a safe start line and race experience for UTA50 and UTA100 runners.
    • Ingress/Egress for parking will resume from 9:15AM at the completion of the UTA50/UTA100 race starts
    • Re-entry to the carpark will be allow only for the day your parking purchase is valid
    • Where at all possible we ask that vehicles are not parked over night on Saturday– but understand that some races may carry into the early hours of Sunday morning

Parking on KCC oval from 11:00PM – Mid day Sunday is FREE

  • First come first served basis. Parking limited based on availability.

Parking Restrictions

Parking outside of the KCC Oval is restricted on streets around the trail village with road closures and traffic management in place. 

There is no parking at the Katoomba Golf Course as there has been in previous years. 

Please respect all road closures, no parking signage and private property.
